Albert Checo I have been working with Albert since his first day of employment there and not once has he let me down. From securing me a loaner when needed, to sliding me in for an oil change when I d his first day of employment there and not once has he let me down. The service was excellent at Germain Honda Chris. Elon is always excellent. He should be manager and they perform the service without any problems. Honored everything I asked them to do and I checked the oil level. The oil level was perfect and although the entertainment center still makes a creaking sound they’ve noted it. It’s still under warranty and if it gets worse, Chris and I agreed that we would address it again in the future and I had some follow up questions and Chris answered them promptly as usual overall excellent service I will continue to come back again More
