He made the whole process very easy so all we had to do was sign and Drive. When we got there He took time with us to show us features of the truck and at last minute we changed out mind and decided to get a crew cab. He was very patient with us and took time to make sure we were happy and not put us in a truck we didn’t want and wouldn’t suite our needs. I would definitely recommend Klaben Dodge and Chris Hamilton to family and friends. Even Tim in management and Kim in finance was patient with us after we changed our mind. It was a very good experience and we will return again . Our daughter leased a vehicle from Chris last year . More

There was no pressure to "make the sale", he gave us our space, made test drives easy, was really kno helpful through the entire purchasing process. They valued our time while we were there. There was not a lot of standing around waiting, for example Chris appraised my trade while we were on a test drive. Closing was also quick, took 15 minutes to fill out the paperwork, they had it all filled out in advance which made it go quickly. More

Our only complaint was when the finance employee became visibly irritated with us for not purchasing the exte patient. We couldn’t be more pleased!
