He called to check on us a couple days later to make sure all was good. Even helped transfer my insurance from one car to the other. If you want 110% service, this is your guy. However, Tim, the sales manager, reached out to me right away and genuinely wanted to fix the situation. He emphasized how important honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction are to their team and truly went above and beyond to correct the experience. When I came back a few days later, the entire experience was completely different. Chris, my salesperson, was phenomenal—knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with.
