They were able to get me in the vehicle I wanted and within budget. The vehicle had just came off the truck and was not ready to be driven away. Timothy and John were able to quickly get it to the service department and have it ready in record time. Usually signing all the papers in finance is the worst part. Brain Franklin made the process extremely fast and painless. He was able to explain everything to my understanding without taking too much time. All my family and friends buy our vehicles from Klaben in Kent because of the selection, pricing, and professionalism of the employees. If you are buying anywhere else....you're just wrong. More
