

I was born and raised in Florida and played basketball, baseball and football most of my life. I am the proud father of one son, who is in the United States Navy, and two daughters; one is a Nurse Practitioner and the other is an Occupational Therapist. I am also a proud Grandfather. My wife and I enjoy boating, hanging out with our pets (turtle and two cats), riding our jet skis, traveling, exploring other cultures and spending time with our family. Customer service before, during, and after the sale is my number one priority. It is very important to me to build a relationship of trust with my customers and establish a no-hassle, no-pressure, honest, and pleasant car-buying experience.

I was in a pinch. It was March 31st 2025, 2 days before car tariffs. We all dread the classic car buying experience, being at a dealership for hours, endless back and It was March 31st 2025, 2 days before car tariffs. We all dread the classic car buying experience, being at a dealership for hours, endless back and forth. I can barely find time to do basic chores, taking care of a toddler, pregnant wife on bed rest (my queen), fixing things around the house, building baby furniture, chores, life. I called Honda, spoke to Chris, gently reminded him that we've purchased many Hondas from them, and I did not have time, nor did he probably, for the back and forth or even a long in person visit. We were a one car (civic) household, but with baby 2 on the way, needed a 2nd and bigger vehicle on a tight budget. I needed the majority of this negotiation to be remote, and don't start with a crap offer. Long story less long, he came through, and for the first time ever, made the whole experience painless. We obviously love Honda, specifically Brandon Honda, since again, we've purchased a few cars over the last 20 years, but this solidified us as customers for life. Thanks Chris, and extra special shout out to his amazing assistant Stephanie, she did the bulk of the work after all right Chris ;-) More

I’m disappointed that it is not disclosed until after paperwork is signed that there is only one key. Additionally, the vehicle came with one floor mat. I would expect, what I thought was a reputable d paperwork is signed that there is only one key. Additionally, the vehicle came with one floor mat. I would expect, what I thought was a reputable dealer, would provide two keys and floor mats. When I asked about them, the response was that’s how it was brought to dealership. Now I have to spend about $300 more for a second key and mats. More
