I was born and raised in Florida and played basketball, baseball and football most of my life. I am the proud father of one son, who is in the United States Navy, and two daughters, one is a RN and studying to become a Nurse Practitioner at the University of Duke and other is an Occupational Therapist. Also a proud Grandfather. My wife and I enjoy boating, hanging out with our pets (Turtle and two cats), riding our Jet skis, traveling, and spending time with our family. Customer service before, during, and after the sale is my number one priority. Chris Irvin makes buying a new car a fun experience! Six months ago I was in a bad situation financially. Buying a CRV While shopping for a new car at Brandon Honda, we dealt with two members of the sales staff and Damien who was the finance person. Simon, our main sa While shopping for a new car at Brandon Honda, we dealt with two members of the sales staff and Damien who was the finance person. Simon, our main sales person, was enthusiastic, energetic and knowledgeable about the automobile and genuinely excited to be selling Hondas as well as instructing us about their features and how to operate them. Our experience with Damien, however, did not reflect well on your dealership. Simon had apparently made an error in giving us possible financing interest rates. He apparently mentioned an interest rate to us that he had seen for the 2017 clearance but was clear that the finance person would be the one to discuss actual rates. When Damien heard that Simon mentioned some possible interest rates to us, he became extremely agitated, threw up his hands in anger and walked out of the office. After speaking with Damien after he returned to his office, we came to terms about the rate for the loan. Simon was called into the office and admitted that he had made an error. The tone and attitude expressed by Damien and his behavior toward Simon in front of us was embarrassing and uncomfortable for us as well as for Simon. It was very unprofessional and unacceptable conduct toward a fledgling employee and should not have been addressed in front of customers. Another issue that was annoying was the fact that we completed a credit application online to minimize our time when picking up the car. At the dealership, we had to complete a second one. Ultimately, Damien had us complete a third one and then called us at our home in Venice and asked if we would mind returning to the dealership the following day to sign the paperwork again so that the financing could be done by Honda. We refused as it is more than an hour and a half one way. We are very happy with our new car. Simon very kind and spent an inordinate amount of time teaching its features. Chris was our second sales person and is knowledgeable, friendly and apparently assisted Simon voluntarily. He gets an “A” for his efforts. More

Pleasant experience buying a car - you bet!!! Searched online for Brandon Honda's Pilot inventories and submitted an inquiry - Chris Irvin responded via email and yesterday I met with him and Hass Searched online for Brandon Honda's Pilot inventories and submitted an inquiry - Chris Irvin responded via email and yesterday I met with him and Hassan Slim - both were very professional and courteous - spent at least a couple of hours with Hassan on an '07 pilot and a GMC Acadia - he was fantastic - very personable and informative - received very good offers on both vehicles but decided to go with a 2015 blue Pilot instead - less miles and its what I really wanted all along just hard to find a blue one. I returned today - Sunday - and spent several hours at the dealership test driving the car and negotiating the price with Chris - he must have gotten up and gone to the manager six or eight times - always pleasant and joking around - I finally bought the blue pilot and feel very good about the whole experience. These guys are fantastic - I highly recommend them. Thank you to you both for your help!! More
