This experience was delightfully unexpected. We were looking seriously at two other cars (Cadillac T5/4 & BMW X3) when we wondered into Volvo & met Chris for the first time. Right from the start we kne looking seriously at two other cars (Cadillac T5/4 & BMW X3) when we wondered into Volvo & met Chris for the first time. Right from the start we knew Chris would provide a much more pleasant & professional experience than the previous dealer representatives. When we returned for a test drive Chris was busy with clients so He had Joe assist with the test drive. The transition was seamless as Joe filled in for Chris admirably and was instrumental in closing the deal to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend both Chris and Joe to anyone in pursuit of a new car. More
