This was a great experience from start to finish. I called about 15 minutes to closing time on a Tuesday and I was treated just as well as if I would have been there first thing in the morning on a Sat called about 15 minutes to closing time on a Tuesday and I was treated just as well as if I would have been there first thing in the morning on a Saturday when everyone was fresh and ready for the day. Chris was phenomenal. From emailing to phone calls to final deal on my new XC60, I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me get my first Volvo. Similarly with Leanne once I got to finance. She wasn't pushy; just explained the benefits of additional warranties and whatnot. Decided to get tire/rim protection and I wouldn't have even thought about it if she didn't bring it up that tires and rims aren't covered in the manufacturers warranty. I am thrilled with how I was treated from that first phone call to driving my XC60 off the lot. More

I’m a new Volvo owner. I brought my S60 in for a minor item. Brian Tessitore treated it as important as if it was something more significant. This experience was delightfully unexpected. We were looking seriously at two other cars (Cadillac T5/4 & BMW X3) when we wondered into Volvo & met Chris for the first time. Right from the start we kne looking seriously at two other cars (Cadillac T5/4 & BMW X3) when we wondered into Volvo & met Chris for the first time. Right from the start we knew Chris would provide a much more pleasant & professional experience than the previous dealer representatives. When we returned for a test drive Chris was busy with clients so He had Joe assist with the test drive. The transition was seamless as Joe filled in for Chris admirably and was instrumental in closing the deal to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend both Chris and Joe to anyone in pursuit of a new car. More
