Dealership was clean and organized. Finance had everything ready to go for us when we got there from out of state. Quick and convenient finance process. Salesman Chris was not very professional. I called on a Thursday put a deposit on the car I wanted to hold for us after totaling our car. We were waiting for insurance to finalize everything so the process was taking a little slower than normal. So Friday we got the word the insurance had totaled the car. Then Saturday I talked to Chris and he was very unprofessional pushy and telling me I need to make a decision on if I wanted to buy the car all because I called and asked about the price. Then he started laughing on the phone at Me because I told him I'll let him know on Tuesday when I hear back from insurance. This is not the way a salesperson should act or treat customer buying a car through them. And tell me that he could have sold the car three times by now and had to turn them away and this is how he makes a living. Not nice and friendly way to act. After I was able to secure financing myself thru a bank and he knew that we would buy the car then he was ok holding it till Thursday and whole attitude has changed at this time. I wish I could of gave the sale to a different or the newest salesman. More

Chris Morgan is one of those "Top Shelf" salesmen that knows what it means to accommodate all of the customers needs! Ive been working with Chris for about a month now and the concern was always in wanted knows what it means to accommodate all of the customers needs! Ive been working with Chris for about a month now and the concern was always in wanted specific options on my purchase and even tho there are at least 6 Chevy dealerships between me and Criswell I was more than willing to stick with Chris as long as he was willing to work with my specific demands. And when that High Country came in it was exactly what I wanted. All of the support was also the best ive ever seen....From the moment I pulled onto the lot service from Chris and team was the best. Details about my 2500 High Country features were explained to where they didnt create any confusion. And when finally recieving the key, i was comfortable in understanding settings and operation on the way home. Easiest car purchase ever! Thanks to Chris Morgan at Criswell, we got a brand new fully loaded 2021 Chevy Bolt built 2 weeks ago at a great price. We went through Costco Auto and Chris helped us at ever Criswell, we got a brand new fully loaded 2021 Chevy Bolt built 2 weeks ago at a great price. We went through Costco Auto and Chris helped us at every step. No haggling, no upselling, no bs. We got the otd price over sms and there were no surprises when we got there. Chris was very professional and great to work with and very responsive, even when I sent him to verify the manufacture dates and odometer readings of several cars in their lot. He took pictures of everything and sent them to me promptly. He also took care of all the paperwork in advance. We were in and out in 30 minutes, out of which 15 we spent chatting with Chris about the Bolt. All the pricing and car chosing was done over text. Great dealership experience, even if we were not able to get our first choice of color due to the car throwing failure codes. They could have sold us a lemon but Chris did not want that and he got our second color choice for a better price, which he offered without us asking, even when that car had lower odometer readings and was newly arrived from the factory. Excellent service at Criswell, I could not believe it! Beware of Ourisman in Rockville, they do bait and switch and wanted to sell me a 6 months old car from their lot at 10k more than what I paid here. Highly recommend Criswell and definitely ask for Chris Morgan if you need a new Chevy hassle free :) More
