Third time's a Charm I went to 2 other dealerships in CT before finally buying the car from Chris at Curtiss Ryan. At the first Honda dealership, the sales staff was rud I went to 2 other dealerships in CT before finally buying the car from Chris at Curtiss Ryan. At the first Honda dealership, the sales staff was rude and made false claims and promises. They also threatened to not refund the full deposit. Only on complaining to BBB did they return my money. The second Honda dealership sold an already registered car to me as a new car without informing me about the registration status at the price of a new car. I had dropped the idea of buying a car when Chris followed up from my first visit to his dealership. He understood my situation and offered immediate solutions. He gave a very competitive price and went patiently through every detail I sought (thanks to my experience at the first two dealerships) I finally got the car of my choice with the options I wanted at the price I wanted! As they say, third time's a charm! I highly recommend this dealership. More

Used Accord EX-L purchase I worked with Chris over a period of weeks. He did a good job listening to what we were looking for and called when he had a match. I had been going to Curtis Ryan Honda for 5 yrs for all service for my previous Honda which they helped me run smoothly for 15 years! I knew I wanted another Honda because they have been been so reliable and problem free for me in the past (I had a Honda Accord then Honda Civic Hybrid previously). I went in to see what they had...Chris was great at really listening to what I was interested in for my next car...reliability, longevity, cost-effectiveness, environmentally-friendly with an elegant look and feel. When he found out the Insight was coming in he gave me a call right away. The whole experience was well communicated and streamlined. I also appreciate that there wasn't a hardcore sales pitch but instead he was really looking to see which vehicle would truly suit my needs. I would definately recommend Honda and this dealership and Chris Mrijaj in particular...by far the best cars I've had and best place I have ever worked with for both sales and service. More
