Repair for Recall Issue on Ford Ranger Chris was my service advisor and was very personable and helpful. In addition to the work to be done by service, he also arranged for an estimate to Chris was my service advisor and was very personable and helpful. A nice woman also provided me with a mask as I had forgotten mine at home. I can't recall her name but she answered the phone when I called from the lot, and then came out and handed me a mask.
