Have been dealing with Tasca since 1966. I bought a 1998 Escort s2000 from Tony Parente. I have been dealing with him and Victor DaCosta. Just picked up my 3rd Escape this week. I can alwa I bought a 1998 Escort s2000 from Tony Parente. I have been dealing with him and Victor DaCosta. Just picked up my 3rd Escape this week. I can always depend on these two men to always take good care of me. Victor goes beyond just being a salesperson. I consider him and Tony my friends. That's why I keep going back to Tasca. More

Good things come to those who wait. I brought my vehicle in for service a few weeks ago. I was disappointed to see that it took a while for the dealership service department to determin I brought my vehicle in for service a few weeks ago. I was disappointed to see that it took a while for the dealership service department to determine and correct the issue, but Chris Promades, my Service Advisor, was with me the whole way. He was kind, sympathetic and informative throughout the entire process. There were some blips along the way, with the service department, but when I got my car back, I called Chris with some follow up questions, and he was very down to earth, and he was not hesitant to politely explain things to me and work with me to ensure that I would be satisfied with the final outcome. Thank you, Chris. I appreciate you! More

Not one person to greet me or ask if I needed any help! Purchased a 2015 Ecoboost Premium Mustang in 2015. Brought in for service just recently. While at the dealership and due to recent back sugery, I was Purchased a 2015 Ecoboost Premium Mustang in 2015. Brought in for service just recently. While at the dealership and due to recent back sugery, I was interested in getting out of the mustang and into a new 2018/2019 F150. So the day I drop off my car I decide to I want to test drive the F150 with the 2.7ecoboost. Drop my car at service, walk over to the Ford store walk in...no greeting. Walk around the small Ford showroom area...still no greeting. Decide to go on the lot and look through the inventory...still no greeting. At this point I've been on the lot/showroom for 30 minutes without any correspondence whatsoever. I need to get in my rental and head home. Next day, waiting for service to call to let me know whats wrong and if it's covered under my "premium Ford ESP". The day passes and it's time for me to leave work. As I work in Providence and right next to Rt.6 connector, I can be at Tasca Cranston in 10 minutes. So no call from service at 3pm I head to the dealership after work. I wait in service area as 3 of the 4 desks have service writers frantically inputting data on the computers but not one person asking if they can help or saying I'll be right with you...again some type of greeting. So my service rep(Chris?) wasn't there but showed up a few minutes later(at lunch) and greeted me quickly and professionaly. He had the notes from the tech and stated the part needed replacing and it wasn't covered under my expensive Ford Premium ESP(of course it wasn't). I asked that the tech put it back together and I would let the repair be and trade it in that way. Chris tells me that it will be a few minutes to put it back together and I said that's fine, I'm going to try and test drive a truck while I wait. Same story, walk over to Ford sales area no one greeted me. This time a receptionist noticed I was hanging/walking about the showroom and asked if I needed any assistance. Yes I do and thank you for noticing. I tell her I'll be looking at the f150 right outside the glass doors and I hear her page sales for customer assistance. I wait for about 15-20 minutes and nothing...I would like to thank that receptionist and also Chris in service, but what the he!! is going on with your sales department. SMH! As I stated earlier, I will be buying an F150 very soon just don't think it will be from Tasca. More
