Finally a Ford Dealer that fixed the car! My 2015 Mustang was taken to 2 other Ford dealers for the same problem, based on my location at the time. One fixed part of it, the other said it was My 2015 Mustang was taken to 2 other Ford dealers for the same problem, based on my location at the time. One fixed part of it, the other said it was bad tires. A wasted trip to a tire dealer sent me back to Ford. The service engineer at Tasca knew exactly what the problem was in a 5 minute test drive, this man is truly a pro. The car was fixed in a few hours and is perfect. It was so fast that I was initially skeptical, but they did a great job. As a car enthusiast I am often tough to please and have to say that I am very pleased. More

professional, organized and pleasant I stopped by to make an appointment for my 2013 Focus, Chris began to help by looking up all the information, He asked if I had an appointment, when i I stopped by to make an appointment for my 2013 Focus, Chris began to help by looking up all the information, He asked if I had an appointment, when i said no he advised me the cashier makes the appointments. He gave me all the info I needed and I headed to the cashier, 2 seconds later i had an appointment the following day. However they broke a motor mount while fixing the vehicle and wanted to charge me $300 to fix it. I declined and took the car to my mechanic, he confirmed the most likely cause of the broken motor mount was Tasca. I drove the vehicle to Tasca with no engine vibrations, they repaired the transmission and now it feels like the engine will bounce out of the hood. I feel they cut corners and when they break something by cutting corners they should man up and fix it without charge. that would be like a painter painting your house and he breaks a window because he didn't want to secure the ladder (cut a corner) and doesn't want to pay for the damage. More
