I usually stop in Saturday mornings for a wash’ then run across to BJ’s to gas up… it was even better that the first 3 services are free! More

Had a horrible experience. Ryan the service guy not professional and did not communicate the issues at hand. Promised my truck same day. I understand thing happen but they had it for 3 days and failed professional and did not communicate the issues at hand. Promised my truck same day. I understand thing happen but they had it for 3 days and failed to contact me and after 6 attempts to reach out to them I had to take personal time to get a ride there just to find out it would be another day. Then they were very adamant on trying to upsell me on other services. On day 3 they tried to refuse me for a loaner vehicle until I made it clear to everyone in there that their failure in honesty and communication would lead to me not meeting my own business obligations. He finally then approved a rental truck the next day that I had to pick up during hours I was supposed to be at work. When I arrived there was no truck reserved. The lady called Ryan to get another truck approved and he said no. So when I tried to call him, surprisingly he did not answer. So after finally retrieving my truck , after all said and done, my truck is having worse issues then before I brought it in. More
