Brought my ram in for the second time to see if they can stop water leak over the rear window. And when I went in to pick up the truck they didn't remove the large water stains along the back headliner. So I had to bring it back in for then to finish the job and that took 2hrs. Disappointed I had to come back and use my time to wait for them to finish a job they didn't finish. More

I took my car in for a 8:30 appointment. I arrived about 8:15. It was not until after 9:15 that someone came to me. Then I was told it would take about 3 hours, because you did not have the things I needed/ 8:15. It was not until after 9:15 that someone came to me. Then I was told it would take about 3 hours, because you did not have the things I needed/wanted; however, you had my VIN number several days before when I made the appointment. Then 6.5 hours later I was called that the car was finished. Of course I could not come in at that time, so I made arrangements to pick it up first thing the next morning. I paid my bill and was told the car "is right across the lot." I went and looked for it and it was no where to be found. Fortunately, a worker remembered my car, and went to the other side of the lot to get it. I had surgery so I could not walk that far; so he went and got it for me. I thanked and tipped him, and got the car and drove it home. My wife went to get in the car and we discovered you had destroyed the front passenger seat. Something large was placed on it and it turns out that it left some form of irremovable stuff over the seat. You cannot sit in the seat, but it does not come off with water. Nothing was wrong with that seat and now it is destroyed! More

Cape Coral CJDR has the worst service department. I purchased a 2021 Charger and it keeps shutting down while driving. I've taken it in for repair and all the service personnel that I've spoken to has purchased a 2021 Charger and it keeps shutting down while driving.
