I was immediately greeted by a Chris Richardson who was personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. He and his boss, Corey, were not pushy and made me feel comfortable. I ended up purchasing a new 2019 Grand Cherokee and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and efficient the process was. Damien was also great with financing and willingness to help me in the future with increasing my credit score etc. Chris Richardson was also very easy to reach and quick to respond to questions and concerns I had after the purchase. The staff at Firkins were friendly and honest and I appreciated that so much. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

Great experience We started our day at a Ford dealership without much interest from the salesman and not really having what we were looking for in a new truck. Next st We started our day at a Ford dealership without much interest from the salesman and not really having what we were looking for in a new truck. Next stop was Another Dodge dealership that the salesman was helpful and found a vehicle we really liked but his boss couldnt even take the time to give us even a close estimate with us giving him a super low number on our trade in that we did not have with us and said we wouldn't hold them to anything until truck was there for them to inspect. We just wanted to know if we were in the ballpark. So we leave go get lunch very frustrated and disappointed and decided that we would try another time. We decided to make one more stop before going home to Firkins. Chris Richardson met us and within 10 minutes we were on the road in a truck that had everything we needed. Test drive was great Chris took us to his office got financing going and before we knew it we were back getting extended warranty and all of the financing explained to us by Carl Kovach. Carl was easy to understand and we had a really good time talking with him throughout the process. Thanks to Chris and Carl we will definitely recommend Firkins to anyone that asks us about buying a new vehicle. Frank Beck More
