Dorothy, I know this was your first time here at Curry, and you were looking for help with a door/lock issue. Your key had the LED light stuck on and was unfortunately inoperative with the security system/arming, etc. The first step was to replace the bad key, then diagnose from there. I know you were hoping the key alone would fix it, but a new key was the starting point. I know Chris had spoken with your son, and we offered a full credit on the labor you had spent on the programming we did, to put towards further diagnosing what in the electrical system could be the issue. We were offering this as a courtesy to try to help a new customer who has not been here before. Please remember, we did not diagnose the concern. The key needed to be replaced before diagnosing the problem, due to it being unusable to further diagnose. I am puzzled as to why this review was made after the advisor had spoken to your son. I could see that our service valet came to your vehicle immediately when you arrived to greet you—that was the gentleman in the red shirt. I watched him seek an advisor to help you. The service drive was full when you arrived, and the next available advisor came to you as soon as he was done assisting another customer, which was minutes after you pulled in the service drive. I see your appointment for the following day was set up as an after-hours drop off, and not for the exact time you pulled in. We apologize that there was nobody readily available at the moment you pulled in to see us. With exact appointment times, we are prepared and better suited to be at the car and ready for when the customer arrives. You are a great customer, and we are sorry you felt that way.
