By far the worst. We scheduled an 11 o'clock appointment and left at 315 or slightly past 3 o'clock. The oil change should have taken 1 hour but somehow we were there almost 4 hours. I believe the only way to alleviate this is to give me back my money because it wasn't worth my time, or you owe me a couple oil changes. More
