The service Dept still rocks however with the other changes I'm not so sure. I've shared with other long time customers of Lithia Dodge of Billings and they say the same thing their not impressed with changes I'm not so sure. The changes seem to be more Dealership beneficial and not service provided. It seems to be tiring the hands of service providers which in turn takes away from the customer. This Dealership has alot of unhappy employees and that trickles down to the customer. Because of that if I had another place in Yellowstone County to get my approved warranty work done I'd go to them rather than Lithia Dodge of Billings. The two service writers I've relied on for years are still doing a good job however things have become difficult for them and thats not good for customers. I recently had a phone interview with someone who called about my recent visit and she was kind of rude. When I spoke she spoke over me so I just told her things were fine but they are not. More
