The service Dept still rocks however with the other changes I'm not so sure. I've shared with other long time customers of Lithia Dodge of Billings and they say the same thing their not impressed with changes I'm not so sure. The changes seem to be more Dealership beneficial and not service provided. It seems to be tiring the hands of service providers which in turn takes away from the customer. This Dealership has alot of unhappy employees and that trickles down to the customer. Because of that if I had another place in Yellowstone County to get my approved warranty work done I'd go to them rather than Lithia Dodge of Billings. The two service writers I've relied on for years are still doing a good job however things have become difficult for them and thats not good for customers. I recently had a phone interview with someone who called about my recent visit and she was kind of rude. When I spoke she spoke over me so I just told her things were fine but they are not. More

I bought a certified GO used jeep 10 days ago. It ran hot within 2 hours and had to be trailered back to the dealership. A couple days later it was delivered to me by a driver from the dealership It ran hot within 2 hours and had to be trailered back to the dealership. A couple days later it was delivered to me by a driver from the dealership and was overheating AGAIN. They sent a trailer to pick it up and this is day 10 and my jeep is still there. The service department is a bunch of cowards and will NOT even tell what the problem is or call me back. They just keep sending me to voicemail. Such a bad service department that my sales lady quit because she felt bad selling xxxx vehicles to good hard working people. I highly recommend that you NEVER buy one r have repairs done at this xxxx HOLE Dealership. More
