Service dept is good, dealership is horrid I got sucked into the black hole that is there end of year sale beginning of this year. Getting my car in for oil changes is dicey at best, most times I just go down the street. I happen to have had my car in this time for body work and took a chance they could also do a transmission service and oil change. Which they had no problem with. I am not sure why a repair that they said would be 2-3 days took 5 except it didn't go in until the next day after our appt. The text updates didn't happen. More

New tires mounted and balanced We gave Lithia a chance to price match some tires that we were looking at to put on our vehicle before winter hits. Regular maintenance I dropped off my 2014 Ram 1500 for it's 60000 mile regular maintenance. They were able to take care of everything that I needed within the day and had I dropped off my 2014 Ram 1500 for it's 60000 mile regular maintenance.
