We had a very disappointing experience, specifically with Hannah, who identified herself as the Finance Director. When we brought up simple and reasonable concerns, her attitude toward us was extremely rude Hannah, who identified herself as the Finance Director. When we brought up simple and reasonable concerns, her attitude toward us was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of listening and trying to address our concerns professionally, we felt like we were being talked down to and treated as though our questions were an inconvenience. As customers making a major financial decision, we expected to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, our interaction with Hannah left a very negative impression of this dealership. More

Service has always been good but I would avoid buying a car from here ever again. Even when you get a salesman that genuinely wants to help you, management here only cares about profits. I’ve been offered car from here ever again. Even when you get a salesman that genuinely wants to help you, management here only cares about profits. I’ve been offered multiple deals while car shopping over the last couple months that were clearly a rip off with price and hidden dealer fees. If you educate yourself on the car you’re buying and bring up valid points about the price, managers will come up with every excuse in the book. If you do buy a car from here, beware of the shady pricing. More
