This was the worst car dealership experience I have ever had. On November 20th, I was there for four hours and did not even buy the car I went in there completely prepared to buy. We did our research and came in prepared and ready to buy a car; however, Lakeland Dodge/Chrystler was not. They were understaffed, and the staff that was there were extremely unprofessional. When I asked for a test drive, the did not have the car I was planning to buy on the lot (or even a similar model), although their inventory said they had it there on site. There was a severe "lack of communication" (their words, not mine) between Randy and JT. This supposed "lack of communication" lead to them not including my trade-in on the final paperwork being signed...after four hours of waiting. I ended up leaving after four hours with no new car, no apology, and a strong distaste for all Dodge/Chrysler products after the experience with the Lakeland staff and their inefficiency, complacitness, and terrible customer service. This turned out to be a waste of my day off, which was supposed to be a happy day because I was supposed to be bringing home a new car. I was originally told that they would have the car on the site the next day, but after the paperwork was being signed, I was told they weren't sure when it would be on site and they would give a call in a day or two. I really disliked seeing the staff goof off and just joke around with each other while they were not focusing on their actual job and doing the appropriate paperwork and financial figures. I'm glad the staff at Lakeland Dodge had the time to cut up and slack off while I was there, because I did not. My time off from work is precious, which they did not take in consideration and they wasted. I can not ever get that time back, but I can thoroughly describe their inefficiency, poor customer service, inadequacy, and unprofessionlism. My family has been Dodge owners for generations, but we won't ever buy another Dodge/Chrysler product after this horrible experience we had today. Randy and JT tried to bamboozle my family today by not including our trade-in, and if we hadn't caught it on the final paperwork while we were signing, we would have been stuck with a rotten deal. They said it was a miscommunication, when it was discussed and clearly stated several times while we were at the discussion table. What was the worst was they didn't even try to fix it once the error was pointed out or apologize for the error or wasting our time. They just said, "Okay, well have a good rest of your Sunday," and that was that. Lakeland Dodge/Chrysler is very unethical and unprofessional and if you are looking for a new car for yourself and family, then do not go to them. I will spend my hard-earned money and my time elsewhere, where myself and my family are valued and the dealership's practices are ethical, professional, and efficient. More

At first everything seemed great with the sale process and they made it seem easy and efficient. Once the deal closed that turned out to not be true. It was headache after headache and literally begging to get things done the right way. It has been nearly a month since I made my purchase and I still do not have everything needed.. My vehicle was delived in non proper working condition. It has been nothing but frustration. They make empty promises and lie. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE More

We chose Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram based on the idea the company was reputable and took care of their customers. Sad to say we quickly found out how wrong we were. On 8/8/21 when looking at trucks, idea the company was reputable and took care of their customers. Sad to say we quickly found out how wrong we were. On 8/8/21 when looking at trucks, we found one we liked that had a few minor dings and scratches. We were told by sales associate Yovaliz Fernandez-Nieves those could be fixed by the service team, no problem. Taking Yovaliz's word for it, we went inside and signed the papers and purchased the truck. As we were wrapping everything up, we walked outside to speak with sales manager Chris Soto about when to bring the truck in for the touch ups. Chris immediately shot down the idea of fixing a repair on the tailgate, explaining it would cost them $150!! We had a friend who owns a car repair business and he stepped in to state that buffing it out and running a paint pen across it, would be nowhere near that. Chris immediately got angry and defensive, shouting that he (our friend) can't tell him how to run "his business". This escalated to a point where Chris was yelling, in his face and even made a remark of "what are you, 5 years old??" I was so shocked and embarrassed this how Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was treating customers and acting in clear public viewing. I'm still shocked that he antagonized our friend and escalated it to that point, how scary and unprofessional. After that heated, scary exchange our friend acted like a mature adult and walked away. From there I wanted to focus on the repairs, as we were promised. Chris hands us his business card and said he would take care of it and to text him in a few days to bring the truck back in. After what I witnessed and had been through at that point, I asked for that to be in writing and was told "I have nothing to give you in writing, you'll just have to take my word for it". Yovaliz also stated "he will take care of it, he is really good about this stuff". Us wanting to leave that place as soon as possible, we trusted Chris. That was a huge mistake. We texted Chris on 8/14/21 asking the status and he texted back stating he's still working on it and needs a little more time. After hearing nothing back, we texted again on 8/20/21 and we received no response. We called the dealership on 8/26/21 and requested to speak with him, we were told he was on the floor with someone but our details would be printed out and given to him for a call back that day. We received no call. Another text was sent on 9/2/21 that was ignored. We called the dealership again on 9/3/21 and explained our issue and frustration- we were transferred to a Jen and sent to voicemail. I left a detailed voicemail and asked for call back and have received no call, text or email since. Of course we have record of every call and text. Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has completely dismissed and discarded us. As soon as that truck was purchased, they knew to ignore us and break promises and guarantees. Buyer beware. We were scammed, lied too and subjected to a scary and volatile encounter. When shopping for a vehicle, please take reviews into consideration as we will with future vehicle purchases. I also want to note our friend made a review of his encounter on Google that day and we were called the very next day by Chris asking for the review to be taken down as he would handle our problem. While the review was honest and justified, we asked our friend to remove it, which he did. Is this a common tactic? Yell, intimidate and gaslight? Appears that way. More

Buying a used vehicle? Beware of this dealership, my 2017 jeep renegade interior was completely trashed and I had two illegal plugs in my tire and a nail in another that. they had supposedly did a safet 2017 jeep renegade interior was completely trashed and I had two illegal plugs in my tire and a nail in another that. they had supposedly did a safety check on the vehicle and missed those. when I picked it up and when I brought it back to dealership to be cleaned like they said they would, their "detail job failed to fix the sticky black spray they used to cover up stains. They even left gum on the seat and instead of cleaning it up they sprayed black dye over it. They seemed to think my expectations of a clean vehicle was to high and instead of fixing it they offered me 100 dollars to take time out of another of my days to have it cleaned at a detailer of my choice. They seemed to think that 100 dollars would be more than enough but every detailer I found was closer to 200 just to clean the interior. I watched the detailer steam clean the vehicle and almost threw up with how disgusting the carpet was after the dealer had supposedly cleaned it. As for my dangerous and illegally plugged tire? I had to take my jeep in 3 times just to have them finally confirm it was a plug and not a patch like they kept insisting because according to them "they inspect the vehicle before selling it". And instead of replacing the tire since it was damaged they insisted on only patching it with an approved repair patch. Cherry on top of that was the service guy was upset and argumentative that I wanted a service right up of what they had done to my tire because in his words " they didn't charge me for the patch so why should I get a service record of it". Obviously after their shady tactics in selling me the vehicle I wanted proof they had worked on it incase something else happens. I blame no one in particular at the dealership and just have a general annoyance at the whole business now and will never use them again. More

Once again they failed to earn a cash deal that we agreed on. They verbally commit to out the door numbers and then magically change them when you come into the dealership. Horrible, no good. Run. Service department was horrible and left our car worse off than we took it. Not only that, the repair was under warranty and they told us our part would be a month out. Now they are and left our car worse off than we took it. Not only that, the repair was under warranty and they told us our part would be a month out. Now they are ghosting us when we try to get the warranty honored. I wouldn't buy new or bring in for service here. They will bait you to buy and you will regret it forever when you are stuck dealing with thier horribke customer service. Our salesman, Jacob has been horrible and avoids/refuses to return our calls. We will never be back, even if they finally answer our calls to do the warranty work. You DO NOT want these people under your hood. More

Professional is not the word for these people. After agreeing on a deal warranty was less, guy was using foul language in front of my wife. Warranty was supposed to be included.
