We had worked with a salesman by the name of Omar. We worked a deal on our trade in and secured our financing for a used vehicle and also talked terms and scheduled a time to pick up the vehicle. Omar We worked a deal on our trade in and secured our financing for a used vehicle and also talked terms and scheduled a time to pick up the vehicle. Omar told us he would call in 20min to finalize the deal....then get a call in 5 min the vehicle we had been negotiating on had been sold. Lakeland Chrysler and dodge wouldn't do anything to help fix our issue. I wouldnt send any business to this dealership in the near future. More

Professional is not the word for these people. After agreeing on a deal warranty was less, guy was using foul language in front of my wife. Warranty was supposed to be included. Salesman - wonderful..... Finance Department - worst ever The sales process was painless and the sales person was wonderful; but everything after that was downhill. It took them 1 day to cash my check but 50 The sales process was painless and the sales person was wonderful; but everything after that was downhill. It took them 1 day to cash my check but 50 days for them to pay off my trade-in. In essence, they borrowed my money for free and cost me a lot of time and stress! In the mean time, I still had to make payments on a car I no longer owned. I also had to go in and get a 2nd temp tag because they were too far behind in their paperwork. And do I get any compensation for my time, gas and money lost? NOPE!! Guess I'll start checking the BBB before I go to another dealership. Never had such a bad experience! More

Great experience I came in to the dealership to Process my gap claim due to an accident was not even expecting to buy a vehicle didn’t think I could do so until my lo I came in to the dealership to Process my gap claim due to an accident was not even expecting to buy a vehicle didn’t think I could do so until my loan was paid off Keith explain to me that they would work with me and put me into a car now while I was waiting for my gap to pay my other loan off he went above and beyond to take care of me explain all the features of the vehicle that I was buying and to get me into something now instead of having to wait till gap processed everything thank you so much Kia for doing such a great job and taking care of me and my wife More
