Dear Diane, Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify that the issue I experienced with my 2023 BMW involves the seat material starting to crack—not as a result of misuse or damage, but due to what I believe is a factory defect or a flaw in the material design. The damage appeared simply through regular use, which should not happen in a vehicle of this quality and reputation. In my view, BMW should take responsibility for such defects rather than placing the blame on customers for something beyond their control. I am disappointed by the current approach, as it does not reflect the level of care and accountability one would expect from a premium brand. I hope this issue can be reviewed again, and I would appreciate the opportunity to speak further about it. Sincerely, Joanna
