Have been bringing my 2011 335i to Ralleye for 10 years. Has always been a pleasurable experience with them delivering what they promised. Over the past several appointments, communication has not been as Has always been a pleasurable experience with them delivering what they promised. Over the past several appointments, communication has not been as good as it has in the past and starting to feel like I only get the whole story after it's too late to go anywhere else. This appointment was for a new battery. Called for pricing and then found a coupon on their website. Not until I had car my car there, produced the coupon, and service rep spoke to his manager was I told there would be a $90 diagnostic charge, Couldn't decide if I didn't get good information during initial phone call & when I first produced the coupon -or- the charge was to make up for the coupon. Just didn't feel right. Then I explicitly asked if I would have my car back that day and was told I definitely would. Got a text at 2"30pm that shop closing at 4 for weekend and they wouldn't have my car back that day. Also took the opportunity to tell me other services needed on the car. If I was getting my car back same day, seemed late to tell me what was needed an hour or so before they closed for weekend. Just don't have the same confidence in the service that I had grown accustomed. More

everything went smoothly, good experience, no complaints. From the point I handed in the car up until i received it, i was in constant communication with my servicing agent. Very responsive.
