My family purchased 4 vehicles from Corwin Ford within the last year. Sales is AMAZING! The service department is a joke! It takes three months to schedule a service for my husband's truck. I had the c the last year. Sales is AMAZING! The service department is a joke! It takes three months to schedule a service for my husband's truck. I had the check engine light come on, on my truck, and the truck started running rough. Called today to get it seen, they can't look at it until the end of March. As a primary vehicle the only advice they could give me was " I am sorry we are very busy with vehicle warning lights, wipers flying off, etc., that is the best we can do". So if you purchase a vehicle from Corwin Ford, keep the less than adequate service department in mind. More
