I am so happy I got Chris for my car salesman. He was there for the whole duration of the process. Also Ana Lima was there w a smile to assist us and to make things expedient. The whole process with this dealership was unusual in the sense that I was the one that was the one catered to. Not the salesman. This is the best experience I have ever had since I have been buying cars. Everyone seem to put my interest first. When I buy another vehicle, I will be returning here. Nice job Lexus of Sarasota. My wife and I just bought our first Lexus and we couldn't be happier. I live an hour from the dealership and found the exact car we wanted on the internet. Christopher Wolf was my sales rep. He was a pleasure to deal with by email, phone, and in person. Told him which car I wanted, he sent me a very fair offer and we said yes. Afraid there might be issues once we got there; but there weren't! Everything was just as promised and the sale went smooth. After the sale, Chad McLean helped us start to understand some of the long list of tech and features our new car has. The car is.... incredible! We're both blown away. Anyhow, wanted to post this review and thank Chris and Chad for their help and patience. The one thing that was nice is there were no "games" that I've been forced to deal with at other dealerships with rookie sales reps who no nothing about their products and are just hyper xxxxx of enthusiasm until you ask what should be a simple question. Not the case at this dealership. More
