I have just recently purchased a Mercedes C43 AMG with lexus of brookfield. it was the best car shopping experience i ever had. I schduled the appointment with Alan Zinda, the only retired cop in the sales team. I got there on time he was already by the door waiting, we briefly discussed the car and took it on a test drive. It is a beautiful car it sales itself, and im also very familiar with the vehicle i did a lot of research before i came. Alan sitting on the passenger seat never did and sale speech or oversale the car with make me very comfortable. We came all the way from chicago got there in the afternoon so we did not have a lot of time to waste, alan compliment us some burger, we sat down and discussed for a good 20 mins, Alan went back and force to triest his hardest and evantually cut a deal for me. i came back the next day,the car was fully cleaned/detailed, it smells nice, drives nice, and alan gave me some flowers made both me and my wife extremly happy for the whole experience More

Bob Hill was a great man to work with, friendly, to the point, and willing to get answers I asked if or when he did not know them. Chris Z (finance director) was also great to work with and I left with the point, and willing to get answers I asked if or when he did not know them. Chris Z (finance director) was also great to work with and I left with the Jeep I had my eyes set on, hoping for a long road ahead with minimal to no unexpected issues. We drove appx 100 miles up from IL for this dealership (as it had the car I wanted) and I only wish it was closer because I would, stop by as needed based on how comfortable they made my wife and I feel. 5/5 recommend this dealership, and team.
