Bob Hill was a great man to work with, friendly, to the point, and willing to get answers I asked if or when he did not know them. Chris Z (finance director) was also great to work with and I left with the point, and willing to get answers I asked if or when he did not know them. Chris Z (finance director) was also great to work with and I left with the Jeep I had my eyes set on, hoping for a long road ahead with minimal to no unexpected issues. We drove appx 100 miles up from IL for this dealership (as it had the car I wanted) and I only wish it was closer because I would, stop by as needed based on how comfortable they made my wife and I feel. 5/5 recommend this dealership, and team. One thing that was a negative is how they show the price of the car and then add on additional costs when they write it up. I'm not talking things like fee's, they were additional items the dealer added to the car. This wasn't something in MK's control so it's not a reflection on him but more so on the dealership itself and how they choose show their pricing. More
