We needed a specific trim of a L-Certified 2022 Lexus RX 350 with triple beam headlamps and grey seats. I was willing to travel quite a distance to get one. Little did I know such cars are rare. Fortunately, Lexus of Brookfield had two cars with low miles. The one that we bought had less than 4000 miles! Once I contacted the dealership, several people responded quickly. Lyndsey sent us a few emails; Claire even sent a video message! Our salesperson was Ben Noeske, a perfect gentleman. He was very helpful in processing the sales papers. Our drive to the dealership was almost five hours. Ben called us to ensure that we are not rushing and driving safely. He recommended where to have dinner. Once we reached the dealership, Ben was most hospitable, as if we were old friends. He and Chris at the finance office were prompt so that we could drive back home quickly. John Schloegl, in the technology department, went over all the new features of the car and helped us with the Lexus app. Our experience was wonderful at this dealership. Unfortunately, we live so far away that we cannot use their service department. I highly recommend this dealership. Call Ben, and he will give you a great, luxurious, and reliable Lexus. More
