I had a great experience with Lexus of Brookfield. I drove from Schaumburg, IL to buy a certified 2020 Lexus RX350L to replace my beloved 2008 Lexus RX350. Isaac the salesman was great to deal with, h I drove from Schaumburg, IL to buy a certified 2020 Lexus RX350L to replace my beloved 2008 Lexus RX350. Isaac the salesman was great to deal with, he even gave me a dozen roses and a hug after the deal. Chris, the finance manager was very efficient and made the process smooth. John, the technology specialist was fun and very thorough. I am a happy customer with Lexus Brookfield and my dream SUV. More

I purchased a Lexus NX 350h from Lexus of Brookfield back in June/July. Due to supply chain issues, and potential rail yard strikes my car was delivered the first week of December instead of August as it was in June/July. Due to supply chain issues, and potential rail yard strikes my car was delivered the first week of December instead of August as it was originally planned for. The folks at Lexus of Brookfield did a fine job keeping me informed of the limited updates they would get, and they worked with my bank to provide additional information on the delay several times. Bob Hill was my salesperson. Sam Aly and Kevin Bell worked with my bank on the delay, and also the customization I added to the car to be completed when delivered. Chris Zilvitis was the most upbeat finance person I’ve ever dealt with. John Schloegl spent an hour and a half going over every bit of technology in my new car and answering all of my questions. Finally, Renee Schmid was my hype woman - remembering me each time I came in. For a series of such unfortunate events, the whole team at Lexus of Brookfield did the best they could to make the experience of purchasing my dream car a positively memorable milestone. I thank all of them for their patience and help. I’m looking forward to the adventure my new vehicle holds, and am appreciative Bob, Sam, Kevin, Chris, and John helped to start that new chapter. More

The whole experience was amazing from when my husband was called that a car he was looking for was received on Lexus of Brookfields lot , to meeting Dale that same day. Dale went above and beyond for us bein called that a car he was looking for was received on Lexus of Brookfields lot , to meeting Dale that same day. Dale went above and beyond for us being sure everything was set up perfectly. He even stayed late for us to be sure my husband had time to look at the car. With cars in demand it was refreshing that we were made to feel special throughout the whole process. We will recommend Dale and Lexus of Brookfield for sure! More

My sales person was awesome but the financial department needs reeducation on customer service skills. They were the worst I have ever experienced so far. Good customer service goes along way.
