Have been leasing/buying from Lexus of Brookfield for over 16 years. Nothing but the best customer service!! Recently my lease matured and I worked with Andy R. in sales and he was able to get me set up over 16 years. Nothing but the best customer service!! Most excellent car buying experience ever ! The entire staff that I encountered were friendly and professional. Branden helpfully setup my appointment to view the car. Bob Hill was knowledge The entire staff that I encountered were friendly and professional. Branden helpfully setup my appointment to view the car. Bob Hill was knowledgeable and thorough explaining the RX 350 features; then guided me to a good deal on the car - would buy another car from Bob without question. Owner Joe Palmisano exemplifies the customer centered culture of the dealership. Never had an owner engage me at a dealership. A most enjoyable experience talking with Joe about shaping a customer oriented business. Everyone was very friendly and courteous - staff not associated with the purchase always greeted me and asked if there was anything they could do for me. Joel took me through the inspection of the car, helped me understand the mechanical attributes of the car, and went out of his way to make sure I had new color coordinated mats for the car. The detail team (Angel) finished the prep making the 2018 car look like new. Chris in finance was friendly and provided excellent explanations of the documents we needed to review to complete the transaction. Wade patiently introduced me to the tech interface aspects of the car. Mike and one of the mechanics (sorry did not get his name) in service stabilized the computer port of the car to allow for connection for an information module. And finally, the very friendly cashier Lori easily took care of an out state payment. More
