I needed to travel from NY to pick up car from an on-line search and was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness of everyone I had contact with. I needed to travel from NY to pick up the Beetle, and the entire staff were extremely accommodating to my travel plans. Bob Hill was very professional throughout the entire process, and never once complained about my multiple requests for pictures and videos of the car, seeing how I was going to purchase it sight unseen.
