I created my appointment online and requested a certain representative during the online appointment and when I arrived that representative was there, but I did not get him .. Also, I came in for an Oil ch representative during the online appointment and when I arrived that representative was there, but I did not get him .. Also, I came in for an Oil change and was told during the process that when my car was finished in the service department, it wouldn’t start and my battery was dead… We have never had a problem with our battery since we bought our car from you in 2022… I went ahead and bought a new battery l, which we feell should have been under warranty ..
