I cannot even believe this is a dealership at all, I would say it is a family. From the time I walked in the door, and even before hand when I spoke to Lauren on the phone we were in a "no BS zone". I was in and out in less then two hours, and even the process with the finance director Chu Park was amazing. I would give ten stars for the way me and my family were treated during our time in Ourisman CDJR Bowie.
