Sales people seem to come and go. And as you can tell by my term here I am not one of those sales people. Before here I worked at Bob Tolkan Buick, GMC until GM closed them down. I am one of the rare sales people that will stay with you at the dealership. Not like the others that will sell you something and then move to the next dealership. Minimal Hassel It was nice to go in and get straight to the point. I had every intention to buy a new vehicle and all the people there did not waste my time. They It was nice to go in and get straight to the point. I had every intention to buy a new vehicle and all the people there did not waste my time. They immediately began looking for what they could offer that matched my criteria and overall wants. The only problem is that they seemed too concerned with making the purchase quickly, but did not spend enough time listening to exactly what I wanted. When the vehicle I requested has been shown to me, it was missing several options I advised the salesperson that was an absolute necessity. The management and financial representatives did a much better job at listening to my needs and wants than the salesperson did. More

Would recommend The salesman was very good, and we would ask for him again or recommend him to a friend. The fellow that had the final say on price was not friendly. The salesman was very good, and we would ask for him again or recommend him to a friend. The fellow that had the final say on price was not friendly. He was the downside to the whole process. We met the service person, who was very friendly and helpful. He took his time in explaining the procedure for bringing in the car either for a fluid check or actual maintenance. They also do emissions testing there which is nice. The person who got the sales invoice together, Jan was also very pleasant in her interactions. We received free lifetime car washes with the car. All in all it was a decent place to do business. The money guy needs to shake off the poor presentation though; he is behind glass windows. More
