Easy Peezy I have bought a few cars in my lifetime. I have only had one other experience prior to this one, that was as pleasant and that was at Superior Honda i I have bought a few cars in my lifetime. I have only had one other experience prior to this one, that was as pleasant and that was at Superior Honda in Council Bluffs in 1988. During this process. I had originally asked for a female salesperson. My only disappointment was that there was not a woman to help me through the purchase. A woman who is buying a car by herself finds it easier to relate and to understand things from a woman. I can not explain it any other way. There is something about the woman-to-woman communication that is unique. That being said, Chuck Elford was very accommodating and extremely nice to work with. He went over everything thoroughly and the progress of the sale was not rushed even though it was the end of the day. I also appreciated Charles in finance for not making me feel pressured or pushed to purchase the extended warranty and windshield coating. I was pleased with the price I received and pleased with the whole experience. Even your dealership is lovely and I will look forward to oil changes and other times I may need to visit. Excellent Customer Service I have worked with John Wonder and Chuck Elford since 2012 when they helped me with the purchase of my CRV. They are very knowledgeable, honest, and I have worked with John Wonder and Chuck Elford since 2012 when they helped me with the purchase of my CRV. They are very knowledgeable, honest, and personable people who are willing to go out of their way to provide assistance. Since 2012, if issues arise I can email either of them for guidance on how to proceed. Just this week, John and Chuck helped me with the purchase of an HRV. I emailed John that I was interested in coming in for a test drive which was coordinated with a days notice. Chuck then accompanied me for the test dive and explained all the features of the HRV. I purchased the car that day with John, Chuck, and financial assistant Cody completing the purchase. It says a lot about the Superior Honda work environment that all 3 of these men have been been working at this Honda dealership for the last 14 to 15 years.. I really appreciate how expediently the process went and the excellent customer service. Thanks to John, Chuck, & Cody! More
