Everyone was very helpful, friendly and the process didn't take too long. I would definitely recommend Superior Honda! More

My initial contact was with John Wonder and he was quite helpful. Chuck Elford was extremely helpful with the actual purchase and demonstrations of the car's capability. Brian Jacobs was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable with all the paper work and final contractual obligations. Overall, we had an extremely positive experience working with Superior Honda of Omaha. We purchased our first Honda in Feb 1978, a 2 door Civic, and have had at least one Honda in the family since. In fact we now have an Acura/MDX, the CR-V/Hybrid, and a Honda Gold-Wing motorcycle. And, our son and his wife both have Hondas (HR-V and FIT) as well. In 1990 we purchased a red Honda station wagon that was AWD from Superior when it was in Council Bluffs. It was the great grandfather of this CRV-Hybrid and we've had a CR-V in the family ever since. A couple of years ago that Honda station wagon passed me on the interstate, still running strong after more than 25 years. It had a few identifying features that I recognized. Could not have hoped for a better experience! I was looking for a used Toyota Tacoma and decided to extend the distance on my search, which led me to this dealership in NE. I was hesitant to reach out to a dealership over 8 hours away, especially after a terrible experience in my area with dealerships and salesmen there. Fortunately, I was put into contact with Chuck Elford. He responded quickly and knowledgeably; he answered every single one of my questions (and I had a lot, being such a far drive away and unable to see the truck for myself.) He even showed me the flaws it had through pictures (there weren't many, and definitely not deal breakers) which helped put me at ease, since he wasn't hiding anything "bad" about it. Just a really honest, kind, and knowledgeable guy. I felt like I was talking to another human willing to work with and help me rather than the salespeople I met in my state who tried to take advantage. Anyway after the long drive to the dealership (which he kept in positive contact with me the entire way) he was ready for me with the truck (thank goodness) and took me straight to it - it had a full tank and was perfectly clean. He was patient with my questions, personable, and was a joy to work with. I was absolutely relieved to find he was completely truthful about the truck in every way. Seriously, this guy needs a promotion or something. Upon return of my trip he even checked in to ensure I made it safely back and the truck was what I had hoped for. Also I'd like to mention Derek from financing (unsure of his last name!) He was also very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and answered every one of my questions honestly. I didn't feel pressured and did not feel like I had been taken advantage either. He made it quick and painless while coordinating my purchase from afar, and was ready for me when I arrived, and also kept in positive contact during my travels. All in all I am so happy with this place and the people I got to work with - I wish this dealership existed near me! Despite the distance I'll still be recommending this place, Chuck and Derek - it was worth the hassle and drive 100%. Thank you! More
