I had my second oil change with this dealership and it was not a positive experience. When I arrived home, there were 21+ oil drippings on my NEWLY POURED driveway. As you can imagine my dismay. I imme was not a positive experience. When I arrived home, there were 21+ oil drippings on my NEWLY POURED driveway. As you can imagine my dismay. I immediately conctacted the Service Manager/Mr. Geringer (very knowledgeable and good people skills) and he advised this sometime occurs. Oil from when the technician drains the pan can end up in some places within the motor. Not being a mechanic, it would be most helpful and less alarming to have had this explained. Needless to say, I will be seeking another dealership's expertise. I can only hope other customers are more informed. More
