Very happy with service department. When I realized at 2pm a tire on my 17 X5 was loosing air because of a nail in it, I called Charles Griffith at Germaine BMW Service. I was a bit anx When I realized at 2pm a tire on my 17 X5 was loosing air because of a nail in it, I called Charles Griffith at Germaine BMW Service. I was a bit anxious because needed the vehicle to be road worthy the following day for a 180 mi trip with 3 other family members in the vehicle. Tires replaced and on my way in an hour!
