I don't mind waiting but I get a little anxious when it goes 2 weeks without a word about an ordered item, I had to call to see what was happening with the item, two more weeks later I had to call again, w goes 2 weeks without a word about an ordered item, I had to call to see what was happening with the item, two more weeks later I had to call again, well you get the idea. I know Mr Keil is not in control of parts being ordered, so in my case Uftring Montgomery should tighten up the lines of communication so the customer is made aware of any delays. More

I was told all that was wrong with my vehicle was that it needed a new battery; the service department had even given it a test drive to make sure. I came to pick it up and the vehicle would not start. That needed a new battery; the service department had even given it a test drive to make sure. One of the service team members did give me a call as he promised today Saturday January 24th, he told me I would be getting a call this coming Monday January 26th with an estimate for repairs. More
