I just purchased a 2019 Dodge Caravan. I was completely satisfied with the service. The salesman really learned what I was looking for and found me the right car for me and my family. My only issue was that I assumed there was a spare tire or at least a donut. I assumed this because every car I have purchased in the past came with one. When I stopped by to inquire I was told that it comes with a tire inflator kit and a spare would cost around 800 dollars. I learned my lesson to always ask in the future but this would have been a deal breaker for me if I would have known ahead of time. I might have tried to negotiate. My mistake for not asking. The service was great. Fast, friendly, and to the point. Im mentioning the tire in the hopes that someone reads this and it reminds them to ask as well. More
