After all the preliminary work was done, an 'appointment only' (pandemic) meeting was made for a test drive, and once the decision to buy was made, the entire deal was finalized in a short amount of time. I purchased a 2015 wrangler last month. I was not informed that the vehicle only came with one key until after the paperwork was signed. I was then informed that a new key could be made easily and it informed that the vehicle only came with one key until after the paperwork was signed. I was then informed that a new key could be made easily and it could even be duplicated at Walmart, which as I found out was not the case. I called a local dealership and I was quoted $275 to have a new key made since it is a chipped key. I emailed the salesman at Len Stoler to express my disappointment and to see if anything could be done but he never returned my email. I emailed him again and did not receive a response. I then emailed a manager at Len Stoler twice about the situation and did not receive a reply to either email. And the vehicle they sold me has a mechanical issue with the clutch. More

Good people ready to make a good deal on a car and get me on the road. Their fees are reasonable and they don't give the hard sell on extras. Just let you know what is available.
