While on vacation, I was having and issue with the key
fob and thought that the battery needed replacement and stopped at a local convenient store to buy a new one. Upon opening the key fob, several piece

Upon opening the key fob, several pieces fell to the floor and the "key" would not lock into position. I remembered there was a Chevy dealer near the exit off the highway and stopped at the service department for help. It was a Saturday morning and didn't know what to expect. I met with Chuck Loader, who was able to replace the pieces that were missing from a key fob he had on hand. and also made sure that I got a new battery and replaced it for me. Being All at no charge.
I was truly grateful that I saw this dealership and Chuck was able to help. I really appreciated his professionalism.
