All of the individuals I dealt with in my car buying process were attentive, thorough, Racine Honda excels in the area of customer-centered service. All of the individuals I dealt with in my car buying process were attentive, thorough, and personable...especially my salesperson Nes Esquivel. Yes, there were times of waiting for paperwork, but this is all part of the process. The entire process went quite smoothly. I only had to return to the dealer for an additional license plate install, and window film removal. Each time I entered the facility, I was immediately greeted and my issue dealt with in a friendly manner. I would definitely return to Racine Honda for a future car purchase. More
