DJ Bermudez was easy going and wonderful to work with. I had a lot of specific things I wanted and didn’t want in a truck with a limited budget and DJ found the right one. Kirk was very helpful and not pushy. He is a genuinely nice guy and I was glad to do business at Hawk Ford. I purchased a used vehicle and feel like a got a great deal. I had to go back He is a genuinely nice guy and I was glad to do business at Hawk Ford. I purchased a used vehicle and feel like a got a great deal. I had to go back to the dealership for a second key to be programmed and they did this gratis. Kirk and Chuck made sure of that. The service dept. was attentive and got my new key made and programmed in an hour. They even washed the car for me! I’m enjoying the vehicle and it’s running nicely. The purchase from start to finish was easy and painless. I would recommend Hawk Ford with confidence. More

Ive been buying cars from Bill Wackerlin for some 35 years and 5 cars later. he doesn't push you or pressure you into buying a car he talks to you about the car and answers all your questions. hes years and 5 cars later. he doesn't push you or pressure you into buying a car he talks to you about the car and answers all your questions. hes very SMART and knows his auto's you would say he is like one of my brothers . Worst experience I’ve ever had in buying a vehicle. 10 day payoff wasn’t sent to lender of the trade in timely manner. The vehicle is “certified” but rotors are warped, engine hesitation and shudder. 10 day payoff wasn’t sent to lender of the trade in timely manner. The vehicle is “certified” but rotors are warped, engine hesitation and shudder. Headlight has been replaced 3 times now, still can’t get it right. One time replacing the light no one checked to see if the lights match (the bulbs didn’t). Service told me work was completed and it clearly wasn’t. Money owed to me I had to go hunt down. Major failures on ma few levels, never will buy or service at hawk ford st Charles, again. Atrocious experience. There’s a reason why people go to Carmax, now I understand why. More
