Worst experience I’ve ever had in buying a vehicle. 10 day payoff wasn’t sent to lender of the trade in timely manner. The vehicle is “certified” but rotors are warped, engine hesitation and shudder. 10 day payoff wasn’t sent to lender of the trade in timely manner. One time replacing the light no one checked to see if the lights match (the bulbs didn’t). Service told me work was completed and it clearly wasn’t. Money owed to me I had to go hunt down. Major failures on ma few levels, never will buy or service at hawk ford st Charles, again. Atrocious experience. There’s a reason why people go to Carmax, now I understand why. More
