Top Notch Everything Last year my wife and I explored leasing a new Lincoln. We end up not doing the deal and returned a year later. Within minutes Adam pulled up our info and picked up right where we left off. My wife and I are both very much into cars, and he was extremely knowledgable on all of the features of the newly redesigned model. We also brought some pricing information from another dealer and he was able to back into, right down to the penny how the other dealer manipulated the lease numbers. He was so straight forward and easy going, it made doing the deal a no-brainer. The level of professionalism of Adam and everyone else at Irwin was above and beyond what we experienced at other Lincoln dealers. They also promised that we'd be able to complete the lease transaction and pick up the vehicle in an hour on a Saturday morning. We went slightly over maybe by 20 minutes, but that was due to pleasurable conversation, not us being held hostage. He took the time to help my wife get set up with all the personalization in the vehicle and continues to answer questions we have a week later. Chuck in finance was just as pleasurable and knowledgable. My time with him was short but the conversation was great. He thoroughly explained everything and helped us evaluate certain risks without pushing an upsale. I would do this transaction 100 times over with these two gentlemen. More

Lincoln 2018 Expectations [It's great] I called a few days ago to inquire whether there were any vehicles that met my expectations now that the existing lease for a '16 MKZ is close to comp I called a few days ago to inquire whether there were any vehicles that met my expectations now that the existing lease for a '16 MKZ is close to completion. My wife wanted a specific color and I wanted the similar (with updates) features of our very satisfied current one. Irwin's very capable staff found exactly what we wanted in one day and prepared it for use in another day at the desired cost point for a new lease. The sales staff and financial staff are very professional informative and available for questions. Of course we researched it and found Irwin more than competitive and since I have been with them since the '14 model year. Why go anywhere else.? Gerry Freed More
