Traveled an hour to lease from Irwin - they are the BEST! Today I picked up my new 2017 MKX from Irwin Lincoln. This is the second vehicle I leased from Irwin. My salesman was Wayne Calabretta. Wayne is ex Today I picked up my new 2017 MKX from Irwin Lincoln. This is the second vehicle I leased from Irwin. My salesman was Wayne Calabretta. Wayne is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the Lincoln brand. My lease was up in a few months so I met with Wayne at the end of February to discuss my lease end options. I was interested in a very specific MKX and Wayne suggested that I custom order my car and by the time it comes in I would be eligible for the pull-ahead program (where Lincoln covers your remaining payments). We built the car together to my exact specifications. Wayne proactively provided updates throughout the order process. Chuck the Finance Manager is great. He had my paperwork all ready to go and I was in and out very quickly. He is extremely personable and gets to know you and even remembered many details from when we originally met three years ago. At Irwin there is no price haggling or game playing. Wayne gave me a great deal, he helped me customize the exact car I wanted and even got me out of my existing lease early. I live an hour away from Irwin, and have two dealerships that are much closer, but I go back to Irwin due to the relationship and great service that Wayne and the entire team at Irwin provides. I highly recommend that if you’re shopping for a Lincoln, you stop in or call Irwin and ask for Wayne! More
