Very helpful Chuck indicated according to the multi point inspection I would’ve needed a tire rotation. Knowing I had gotten one recently he looked up in the syste Chuck indicated according to the multi point inspection I would’ve needed a tire rotation. Knowing I had gotten one recently he looked up in the system and confirmed I did have one 6months ago at another dealer and shouldn’t have needed one. He recommended that I contact them to very the work. The other dealer did take care of it free of charge. I appreciate his help and advice rather than just having me pay for another rotation! More

Oil change Been here about 4-5 times to get a free oil change. But, since I bought the car, I have had a terrible vibration noise and asked at each oil change vi Been here about 4-5 times to get a free oil change. But, since I bought the car, I have had a terrible vibration noise and asked at each oil change visit to fix. Anthony from service , who would be in charge of the issue could not get it fixed and would tell me “it’s a Nissan Rogue thing.” On the very last visit, chuck took his time to really dig deep. Also, I was extreme impressed with mechanic Caleb because he really did his best and helped minimize the noise. Chuck and Caleb truly cared! More
