The dealership was further then expected but I enjoyed the facility and the workers. I was disappointed with the offer they made for my trade in but I was able to work something out with someone else. It the facility and the workers. It would have been better for me if they could have gone down in price of my new car because of some maintenance that I need to put into the car. A piece of my door handle fell off so I need to figure out how and where to get a new one. My car does not beep when an object is close to it, as I was told it would. The gas is not as good on miles at all as I was told the car would be good on gas. The Bluetooth is difficult to start up every time I get in the car. I also have to lock my car from the inside and not the outside and every time I go in my car I have to start it so the alarm doesn’t go off… even if I just need to grab something which is an inconvenience. The mirrors on the side don’t work when I need to move them and the rear view mirror needs to be replaced because it is rusting. There are some mechanics that I was told would work but don’t but the car drives good and it makes me happy. More

I felt like I was rushed into financing before I was able to test drive the vehicle I wanted to purchase. After my purchase was finalized the vehicle I purchased broke down on me within the first 24hrs owing to test drive the vehicle I wanted to purchase. After my purchase was finalized the vehicle I purchased broke down on me within the first 24hrs owing it. When my vehicle was towed back to the dealership to be repaired I told the service guy what was wrong with the vehicle and what needed replaced to fix it. Needless to say it took 4 days for them to diagnose my vehicle to come up with the problem witch was what I told him 4 days prior. The vehicles sold her come with an awful 30 day warranty with a 50/50 repair bill, and the Extended warranty has a very high deductible of 200 dollars. I wold never shop here again or recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Wonderful dealership. . Actually brought our truck in to be serviced for a recall, and ended up taking home a 2022 Silverado home, trading in our 2012 Silverado.Easy people . Actually brought our truck in to be serviced for a recall, and ended up taking home a 2022 Silverado home, trading in our 2012 Silverado.Easy people to work with to get a deal all was happy with. Our new truck will always be serviced there. I then drove the truck back up to take a spare key to them for the truck we traded in and while I was there had our salesman go over some of the features on the new truck. He was SO helpful.
