Oil Change, Andrew Andrew was the service representative they took me to. The first words out of his mouth was I was about to go to lunch. I told him I could be easily get someone else to take care of me. At that point he told me to put my key fob in my car and come back in, I did so. Just a few seconds later hey took a clipboard in papers to my car and looked around. He came back in telling me it was past time for me to do my 15000 mile service, I asked what that included, he read off several things, I asked what that was going to cost me an he told me $595.00. I told him i just wanted to do my $4.95 oil change. He told me it was $34.95 for an oil change. I got out off my chair and said see you later. That's when he told me he thought he could get me a better price. I sat back down and told him I was supposed to have 6 oil changes for $4.95. He said he knew nothing about that, but he would give me this one for free. After my service was done, someone call my cell phone to tell me my car was ready. About 3 seconds later he came and told me I was all set and ready to go. Orlando call me leaving and said hi how you doing? Being that I seen him and spoke with him before, I told him I was a little upset, he wanted to know what I was upset about, I explained the 15000 mile service the guy told me was $595. He said he didn't think it was that much and took me in another man's office, that man pulled up what it would cost and gave me a print out of what it would cost for basic, standard and whatever the top grade is and the highest thing was the top grade was $4??, next was $289 and basic was $124. I thank them and proceeded to leave by way of Andrews office to show him the paper with all three services and none were $595! He tried to explain, I told him no thank you I would never do business with him again. I left the Nissan dealership before said something I would have to repent for and waited a few minutes and I call the service manager Brian. Brian knows me from a braking problem with my car and he knows it wasn't the first time I've had a problem there. He gave me his personal phone number and told me to call him when I was ready to come back down for my next Oil Change and who would roll out the red carpet. Red carpet is something I don't expect, however I do expect great customer service skills and Andrew does not have that. More

Not happy at all. Salesman was very unethical. Charged over stated price with the understanding repairs would be made. After two attempts vehicle still not fixed. Worst Salesman was very unethical. Charged over stated price with the understanding repairs would be made. After two attempts vehicle still not fixed. Worst experience ever! More

CVT malfunction My CVT unit failed at 58800 miles. The dealership refused to replace unit while it was under warranty. They say they found no problem even though i th My CVT unit failed at 58800 miles. The dealership refused to replace unit while it was under warranty. They say they found no problem even though i the owner stated the problem could cause an accident and injury. At 70000 mile i brought the car in. The CVT was found to be defective. I was required to pay or they would hold my vehicle hostage. I am prepared to take my concern to the NTSB. This unit should be recalled. Someone is going to die as a result of this faulty CVT. More

DO NOT GO HERE!! SHADY DO NOT GO HERE! We went in for an appraisal for our trade-in and they BROKE the door handle. Then REFUSED to fix it. SHADY! Long version: Someone to DO NOT GO HERE! We went in for an appraisal for our trade-in and they BROKE the door handle. Then REFUSED to fix it. SHADY! Long version: Someone took the truck for appraisal, broke the door handle, tried to glue it back, threw it in the backseat and didn't tell us. We discovered it before we left and they claimed it wasn't their fault. Um... door was fine when we arrived. So, unless the hulk was appraising it, how did the handle fall off? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! More
