Unbelievable! He lies to your face. We told him we were coming to look at a car. He held the car for us and put us in touch with the finance team. We were all set! He lies to your face. WORST dealership ever! !! PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Bought a 2018 Nissan Titan cash and the next morning 2 check engine lights come on. They say it’s a 500$ fi !! PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Bought a 2018 Nissan Titan cash and the next morning 2 check engine lights come on. They say it’s a 500$ fix and won’t fix it PERIOD because they said they checked the truck and no codes came up which is a lie OBVIOUSLY considering the very next day the codes popped up (conveniently thats about how long it takes the code to come back up when I clear it myself). When talking to GM Chuck about why they would not cover this when obviously it was being hidden and for the sake of their reputation if they could work with me, he was rude and un phased completely which began to upset me, and apparently I hurt his feelings by “using bad words” so I replied “so sorry for hurting your feelings let me start over so I can understand how this is fair or makes any sense” because this is a PROBLEM!! and he promptly hung up on me with no returned call. Horrible customer service, ruined my entire car buying experience and I can’t even enjoy my truck. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else! More

My car buying expensive at McDonough nissan was a lengthy process but, it went very well. My situation was not the everyday car buying experience. I had a unique situation. I had just purchase a car from here 5 months earlier and had an accident and the car was totaled, so I needled a car right away for work. Landus was my salesman and he is a nice guy but Jimmmy was so helpful, actually he took care of everything I needed and I must say he made me feel like he really cared about my needs and what I wanted.There is still a couple of things that needs to be taken care of with the vehicle I purchased. Jimmy said he would make sure it gets done and I trust he is a person of his word. He was the best car salesman I've ever had and he's the finance guy, WOW! I can't wait to get the final touches of my car taken care of. I really appreciate everyone who helped me at McDonough nissan. Thank you. More
